<p>“He lives like a kid,” Christopher Coleman said after visiting Benjamen Segal’s apartment for the first time. Amplifiers and guitars piled up in one corner. A stack of books in place of an end table. Plain, unadorned gray walls. And amidst the chaos, a neatly organized record collection. “It’s somewhat collegiate,” Mr. Coleman said diplomatically.</p>
